When 30-year-old Daikichi returns home for his grandfather's funeral he learns about the existence of Rin, his grandpa's illegitimate six-year-old little girl by an unknown mom. The lady is a humiliation to all his loved ones as well as is dealt with as a derelict. Frustrated by their attitude, Daikichi decides to take care of Rin himself, even though he is solitary as well as has no experience elevating a child. As Rin becomes part of his life, Daikichi experiences the difficulty of a single parent. He is befriended by the single mom of Kouki Nitani, a buddy Rin satisfies in baby room college, who offers him recommendations on elevating Rin.

The initial fifty percent of the collection focuses on Daikichi's perspective and has a hard time raising Rin. 10 years later, Rin is a high-school trainee as well as the remainder of the collection focuses on her aiming to identify ways to handle her feelings for Kouki, and also her decision for a job.
